As the light started to shine upon the boy, a shadow stretched through
the window. It started moving. The boy began to wake up. The shadow
disappeared, but as he went back to sleep it came back. The shadow
started whispering about something. It sounded like (is he the kid?).
The boy then woke up and slowly approached the window. As he started to
open it, a sound came from his closet. He stepped away from the window
toward his closet. But it was too late, whatever was whispering outside
the window crawled in to his room. It started to speak, but in a very
soft voice. It said that Archie was the one, the one they were looking
for. Archie turned around but whatever came in vanish, like it was
never there, like it was all happening in his head.
The inside of his
closet then started to glow. It was bright red and then just a second
later, a piercing scream came from the closet. He then heard noises
from the hall. It sounded like something pounding on the floor. As it
got louder, Archie knew it was getting closer to his room. The door
knob than began to turn. As the thing outside push the door open,
something grabbed Archie’s shirt.
He tried to stop it from pulling him away. But he couldn’t resist the
strength. Archie tried again, but no use. The person just pulled
harder. The thing outside Archie’s door started walking in. Archie
notice that whatever it was it had a giant pair of feet and it was kind
of transparent. Archie thought that he saw something move inside the
gigantic feet. Just then the lights started flickering. After a few
times it stop, but then Archie felt a chill going up his spine. He knew
that he wasn’t in his room anymore. He felt something tap him. But
Archie didn’t want to know what it was, so he began to run.
It was dark
and whenever Archie turn he somehow would bump into something. But no
matter how much he ran he still felt something or someone tapping him.
Archie stopped dead in his tracks as he ran into a wall. The creature
started approaching him. He tried to climb the wall, but it was no use.
He stared at it and it stared talking.
It said,” You are the one the
chosen one.”
Archie replied, “What are you talking about?”
The guy began to talk again, “Archie, you are the one to be chosen to become Boy Wonder.”
Archie ask, “When was I chosen and why was I chosen?”
The guy answered his question, “Archie to tell you the truth, you are not
human. You are an alien. That is why you are chosen.”
Just then they both heard a door slam. Then they heard something growl.
It sounded like it was behind them. They turned around and there it
was, a beast about 15 feet tall. Archie and the guy started running,
but the guy was not quick enough. He fell and tripped on a rock. Right
then the beast grabbed his leg. He tried and tried to get the beast’s
hand off his leg. The beast started pulling him into the darkness. Then
everything went silent.
The guy’s last words were, “Archie you have
powers. Stop this beast before it becomes to powerful!”
Nothing was
ever heard of the guy again and Archie never went home after that. He
went to search a way to fight the beast. No one saw him again for a
long time also. Until now -- now he has returned!
